Founders
We are a group of 5 who love working. As simple and as straightforward as that, we believe work is part of life. Our years of experience in HR and consultancy lead us together to strive for the same vision. We are now building a community that believes workplace deserves better and takes actions on that.

We had worked with young people for the past 5-6 years. Our CORE-MODEL is a result of our expertise and a year of full research based on different methodologies and context that impact Happiness & Performance of this generation at work. We improve continuously to bring practical solutions with simple context to drive such impact at work.
Purpose
We started off with a very simple purpose, to bring happiness and performance to work by transforming one workplace at a time. Happier employees are more productive, and productive employees are happy, making for a successful company or organisation.
